Meet the Doula:
Hello! My name is Alexis Bates. I am the owner of Empowered Empress Doula Services. I have a strong passion for all things birth and babies. I became a full spectrum doula in 2022 and have been serving as a birth and postpartum doula since. I am a mother to three girls and had three vastly different birth experiences with each of them. I have attended around 100 births at this point and have worked with so many different hospital systems, OBGYN practices, homebirth midwives and CNMs in hospital settings. My goal is to prepare and support other families as they navigate pregnancy, birth and postpartum feeling cared for, empowered, and informed. If I am not at a birth you'll find me out in nature with my kids, at the library, attempting to complete my most current hyper fixation project, or doing non diagnostic ultrasound photography :) I like to keep a small client load at a time, I am not someone with a huge team trying to make it big, it feels more personable this way. Birth Package Standard
Offering Support
This standard package includes 2 prenatal in person or virtual appointments. Call and text support. On call period 2 weeks before and after your due date. In person Labor support when you are ready! 1 postpartum check in virtual or in person 2 weeks after delivery & a token of my appreciation like a hot meal or lactation muffins!
Birth Package & Postpartum BONUS Package
Informative and Compassionate
This package includes all the things from the standard birth package PLUS 40 hours of postpartum support. This includes, 2 prenatal visits, in person labor support, 1 postpartum check in visit, and 40 hours scheduled by you to help with transitioning with your new baby! Postpartum Standard Starter Package
Here for You
Maybe you already have birth support or prefer just postpartum support, this package is for you. This includes 40 prepaid hours day or night scheduled by you. Additional hours are also available!
